Ciney is a Walloon town, located in the Province of Namur, in Condroz to be precise. It is also the self-proclaimed capital of the Condroz, and has a population of 16,400 inhabitants. The town of Ciney also organises an annual festival in the Saint-Roch Park, the Ciney Tempo Festival.
