In Wallonia, this coefficient must not exceed 0.24 W/m2K (about 20 cm of glass wool).In Flanders, the regulations are even stricter and impose a minimum thermal insulation coefficient.Failure to comply with these regulations will result in administrative fines and/or penalty points.Is there a premium for roof insulation in Belgium? There are insulation premiums specific to each region. These premiums are also called "Energy Premiums". In Wallonia, you can only benefit from one insulation allowance for all work related to the insulation of your home (roof, walls, floors, windows, etc.).
